Lodging at the Grand Sierra Resort, the Official Meeting Location
There are two ways to reserve a room at the Grand Sierra Resort. Call room reservations directly at 800-648-508. The CASAT special conference rate for Luxury Summit accommodations for single/double is $89/night (recently remodeled and non-smoking rooms) or $59 for a Grand Sierra single/double guestroom. Photo with the modern theme is similar to the Luxury Summit room for $89/night + taxes. Photo with Southwestern theme is similar to the Grand Sierra room for $59/night + taxes.
The deadline for room requests is April 24, 2009. Any reservation made after the room block date is subject to availability at prevailing room rates. Early check-out fees are $50, unless the hotel guest notifies the hotel at check-in. All room rates are net non-commissionable and are quoted exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, currently twelve percent (12%).
