MWATTC developed undergraduate and graduate courses in addiction counseling for pre-service students to shape and impact the care of individuals with substance abuse disorders in the target area by providing innovative educational, training, and technical assistance opportunities based on empirically supported, culturally and linguistically appropriate approaches to treatment and recovery.
