PAYMENT / PURCHASE ORDERS

Question: Who do I make the check payable to and where do I send it?
Answer: The check/PO should be made out to Board of Regents and sent to the CASAT address with a copy of your completed registration:

DASA Conference Registration
CASAT/MS 279
University of Nevada, Reno
Reno, NV 89557

Question: The registration form states to make my check or purchase order out to the Board of Regents. What is the Board of Regents and why does the address say to send it to CASAT?
Answer: CASAT is a department of the University of Nevada, Reno. The Board of Regents is the abbreviation for the official name the University of Nevada uses for business (i.e. Board of Regents, Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Nevada). The check is sent directly to CASAT so it doesn't get lost among all the other checks sent to the university.
